Engelberg is a real winter paradise. More than 80 km of ski slopes provide a variety of runs for beginners and expert skiers alike. Engelberg has long been a popular destination for freeriders.
Engelberg is also an ideal location for those who enjoy sledging, cross-country skiing, snowshoe walking and winter hikes. Prepared trails lead you through snow-covered forests and offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and glacier. The winter season runs from October until the end of May.
